Pumpkin Festival Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Gibson Ranch Pumpkin Festival. The Pumpkin Festival will be open the following dates and times: 10/12, 10/13, 10/19, 10/20, 10/26, 10/27; 11 AM-6 PM.

Booth Information

All vendor booths are 10’ x 10’, with the exception of self-contained food trucks. Pop-ups and shade covers are not provided, but vendors are allowed to erect their own pop up within the space limitations.

Insurance and Permits

All vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance with a $1,000,000.00 minimum limit and copies of all necessary Sacramento County licensing and permits by September 27, 2019.

Fee Schedule:

Vendor Individual Day(s) – $50/day

Vendor Full Weekend(s) – $80/weekend

Vendor All Dates – $210 

Food Truck Day Rate – $100/day

Food Truck Weekend Rate – $160/weekend

Food Truck All Dates – $420

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon the signing of this contract.
